Scallop, lobster and shrimp aguachili with smoked jalapeño coulis paired with Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc

COURSE 2

 Mini heirloom tomato salad with buttermilk dressing, dill and bacon paired with Duckhorn Chardonnay

COURSE 3

Filet au poivre and au gratin potatoes paired with Duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon & Duckhorn Merlot

COURSE 4

Chocolate malt cake, berry sauce and ice cream paired with Duckhorn Three Palms Merlot
