On January 25 Drink Progressively authors TJ and Hadley Douglas, owners of The Urban Grape in Boston's South End, and Straight Wharf and Venturo Restaurants Executive Chef/Partner Gabriel Frasca will join Executive Chef Tyler Kinnett and Pastry Chef Josh Livsey for a night of food and wine pairings. Drink Progressively follows the Progressive Scale - an innovative method developed by TJ Douglas and used in the Urban Grape store that approaches wine by weight rather than by varietal or region. Join us at Harvest and enjoy a short reception, 4 course dinner, a fun and vibrant Q&A with the authors and chefs, and a signed copy of Drink Progressively.
