It is often said that Cabernet Sauvignon is the King of grapes. And yet, King Cab tends to roll with a large court. Even where the label says Cabernet Sauvignon, it usually has percentages of: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot, and Malbec included though not acknowledged. In many regions, Cabernet can play well as an accompanying grape, as with Sangiovese in Tuscany or with Malbec in Mendoza red blends. Let's explore what gives this grape its prestige and taste some great wines!

Included in the tasting: you will try 6 different wines from Napa Valley & then we'll pour you a glass of your favorite!

Some of the wines included in the tasting: AMICI, Silver Oak, and Quilt
