For the occasion, we decided to invite Michelin-Starred Chef Eric Sampietro from Le Verdurier at Château de Drudas to offer a French gastronomic dinner to our beloved guests!
Save the dates - Monday January 29th and Tuesday January 30th for a unique experience in Boston.
5 courses paired with curated wines and Armagnac (the regional brandy from South West of France).

About Chef Eric Sampietro
Sampietro is a very instinctive chef. He trained in tradiontional French cuisine at the family restaurant in South West of France, before venturing into Italian, Spanish and Lebanese flavors. He even became Chocolatier during 6 years! He describes his cuisine as seasonal and simple, always driven by his creativity and the best produces available. Sampietro has been Michelin-Starred since 2009 for his cuisine at La Table des Cordeliers, his other restaurant.
