A well-respected Italian cheese. Great for both eating on its own or melting. This is our go-to pizza cheese.

Aurelio Settimo Barolo Roche dell'Annunziata, Nebbiolo, Bold Red, La Morra , Piemonte, Italy, Y This Barolo is deep garnet red in colour, with a long-lasting bouquet clearly showing spices, accompanied by characteristic violet and wild fruit overtones. The taste is elegant and full-bodied, with soft, mouth-filling tannins. This wine has a nice tannic balance from traditional ageing in large casks.
