We are excited to have 5th generation Italian wine maker Lorenzo Scavino from Azienda Agricola Azelia in the Piedmont region. Enjoy a 4-course dinner with matching wines plus dessert and meet one of Italy's rising star vintner. Chef Drew has create an amazing seasonal menu:
First Course: Ribeye Carpaccio. Seasoned beef ribeye, rubbed with garlic and herbs. Sliced thin and topped with rich brown butter aioli and torn rye croutons. Served with 2015 Lange Nebbiolo.
Second Course: Roasted Vegetable Salad with White Balsamic and Extra Virgin Olive oil. Served with 2015 Dolcetto.
Third Course: Tajarin with Porcini Hand-cut tajarin pasta with a porcini mushroom ragu. Served with 2013 Barolo.
Fourth Course: Beef Brassato Slow braised beef with apricots and olives served with creamy baked polenta. Served with 2012 Barolo Bricco Fiasco.
Cost for the event is $80 (+tax & grat.). Reservations please and space is limited.
