A tavern keeper in 1830s Louisville, Kentucky, Augustus Bulleit was dedicated to a single goal: the creation of a bourbon unique in flavour. To this day, Bulleit TM Bourbon is distilled and aged in the Bulleit family tradition. High rye content gives it a bold, spicy character with a distinctively smooth, clean finish. Kentucky limestone-filtered water provides a foundation for the bourbon's character, while charred American oak barrels lend a smoky backbone.
Their aging philosophy is simple: we wait until our bourbon is ready.
Hosted by a Bulleit ambassador, you will be immersed in its rich heritage and educated in the Bourbon production, Rye and the wider Whisky category.
There will be a tasting of Bulleit, Bulleit Rye and newly released Bulleit 10YO. Guests will also have the opportunity to create a Bulleit Old Fashioned.
Accompanied by a delicious range of canapes - there is no better way to feast your senses!
