Spring 2018 semester begins. Our most attended and interactive course designed to teach the fundamentals of tasting wine and while building confidence when ordering wine at a restaurant or other wine shop (say it isn't so!) We'll cover the basic grape varietals, talk about the term "terrior", how to read a wine label and more and the ever so popular 5 S's of wine tasting. You may have been to other intro classes, but don't miss out on this one.
*$20 per person includes the tasting/class, light cheese, crackers and "homework" bottle.
Classroom size is limited to 20 people.
