Valentine’s Wine Dinner

Saturday, February 10th at 6:30 p.m.

 

Treat your sweetheart to our Valentine's Wine Dinner on Saturday, February 10, 2018.  This romantic dinner features award-winning wines perfectly paired with four delightfully crafted courses focused on romance and the love of wine.  Guests will also receive a welcome pour of our new Rosé at check-in.   Please see below for menu.

Tickets are $90 per person for Wine Club members (must use promo code provided in email invitation) and $105 per person for non-members, plus ticketing and service fees.  Sales tax is included in the ticket price.  Guest must select beef or fish option at checkout.

Event will be held rain or shine.  All tickets are non-refundable.

Must be 21 or older to attend.

Please present ticket upon check-in.  Doors open at 6 p.m.

Appetizer

Florentine’d Shrimp Artichoke Cake

Delicate chopped shrimp mixed with chopped artichoke hearts & spinach; each cake is lightly pan-fried then finished in the oven, served on romaine chiffonade and finished with roasted sweet red pepper cream

Salad

‘Be My Valentine’ Salad

Fresh field greens topped with roasted beets, rosemary-roasted slivered almonds, and feta cheese; dressed with chianti vinaigrette

 Rosemary Garlic Beef Tenderloin

Sliced beef tenderloin roasted with fresh rosemary and garlic finished with a mushroom shallot reduction

Salmon filet sprinkled with roasted parmesan, ricotta, garlic, capers, and sundried tomatoes
