Wine and dine with Paul Hobbs, one of the most sought-after winemakers on three continents, during his exclusive annual visit to New Brunswick’s Stage Left Steak. Hobbs’ wines from California and Argentina, and now New York and France, are extraordinary. At the 27th Paul Hobbs Dinner, guests will taste new releases as well as drink back-vintages that have had some time to rest in Stage Left’s cellar. They will even open a rare (in fact one-of-a-kind) 9-liter bottle of Paul Hobbs “Stage Left Cuvee” Cabernet Sauvignon: a single barrel Paul made exclusively for the restaurant 21 years ago! Tickets for the event are $329 pp (plus tax + gratuity).
