Cost: $75
Executive Chef Pete Hager from the Canal Tavern at Zoar will be our Guest Chef for our 5 course wine dinner. Each course will be expertly paired with an appropriate wine, selected by our Master Candidate Sommelier.
Tickets must be purchased in advance, there will be no same day walk ins.

1. Apple-Pecan arugula salad w/maple bacon vinaigrette
2. Leek and potato soup
3. Firecracker Shrimp w/ creamy polenta
4. Roasted pork loin w/fondant potatoes and glazed carrots
5. Golden raisin-apple crisp w/smoked coffee and vanilla ice cream
