Wine Dinner at Steins Mountain View, with the Silicon Valley Chapter of the AWS (American Wine Society)
What to Bring: One bottle from the Central Coast to share (see details below), two wine glasses, wine opener
Last January, our chapter of the AWS had its first event at Steins and everyone loved it. So we will repeat the event this January. We are fortunate that the owner is donating the private room and free corkage for the night!
We are limited to 20 people for this dinner, so let us know if you can come. There’s a $5 per person reservation fee which will go to chapter expenses. If you are a member of AWS, this fee is waived. Everyone can order dinner off the menu, rather than a prix fix menu.
Each person should bring a bottle from the Central Coast (from Monterey County down to Santa Barbara County):
Whites, $25 and over
Reds, $30 and over
Sparkling, $35 and over
If you do not have a bottle in your cellar in theme, please consider looking for one at Artisan Wine Depot (https://www.artisanwinedepot.com).
