Herringbone Waikiki is teaming up with Gary Farrell Winery for a 4-course wine pairing dinner on Tuesday, January 16 at 6:00 p.m. Winemaker Theresa Heredia will showcase the latest vintages of her Sonoma County wines, including the 2017 Enthusiast 100 - #1 Wine of the Year.
We have created an exclusive menu for this event, which includes: a trio of locally caught fish with notes of Meyer lemon, yuzu and macadamia nut; Hokkaido scallop with winter lentils, wild spinach puree, razor clams and charred Anjou pear; Blackmouth salmon with smoked maitake mushroom, winter peas, black cherry relish and pickled citrus; and hibiscus-poached Pono pork with pickled Swiss chard and root vegetables. Dessert will include chef’s special truffles and cookies, and each course will be served with a different Gary Farrell Wine.
