Sparkling Wine Tasting at Third Coast Restaurant Wednesday, January 24, 2018 | 6-7:30 p.m. 6550 Bertner Ave., Sixth Floor Houston, TX 77030     Champagne, Sparkling Wine, Prosecco – they are all bubbles, but do you know the difference between these celebratory beverages?

 

Join Third Coast Restaurant on January 24 and learn how the sparkling wines of the United States have evolved and matured to become a revered alternative to the great wines of champagne. Our award-winning Sommelier David Cook will lead the tasting/course. 

During the event, guests will taste bubbles from around the world each paired with bites from the kitchen. The tasting will feature the following:

Rack & Riddle Blanc de Blancs
Schramsberg Mirabelle Brut Rose
