2015 Chenin Blanc
A very fruit driven and unctuous white with aromas of orange, grapefruit, and melon. The palate shows a medium acidity with nuances white peach, lime zest and melon.
Diced Fuji Apple and Creamy Havarti in a Butter Lettuce Cup with Honey Drizzle
2015 Tempranillo
Slightly smokey with aromas of cedar, caraway, and a bit of oak. The palate possesses a nice dusty tannin accompanied by flavors of vanilla, mushrooms and dark berries.
Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb and Red Potato with Rosemary Gravy and Asparagus
2015 Zinfandel (sweet)
Portraying aromas of plums, dates, figs, and cigar wrapper. The palate shows a light acidity, a dusty tannin, with flavors of raspberry, cassis, chocolate, black cherry and tobacco.
