The tour begins in Modica-Ragusa-Noto where you stay in the heart of the historic town for 5 nights to enjoy the wines of this area- visiting the vineyards and wineries of Cerasuola , Noto, Avola, and Ragusa.
Marvel at the most traditional flavors and products while strolling picturesque walkways of the local ancient baroque towns.
Join in the festivities of the Infiorata festival and a historic walking food tour in Ortigia, the historical heart of the city of Siracusa with its architectural beauties of the ancient Greek Byzantine and Norman periods.
Relax on a boat excursion to quaint seaside Marzememi fishermen town and return cheering at the sunset with aperitivo.
After exciting towns and wineries of this Ragusa area, our tour continues with two nights in the elegant town of Acireale rising upon a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea with a panoramic view down to the Riviera dei Ciclopi. Explore the wine regions of Mount Etna and Contea di Scaflani.
Then to the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento before a four-night stay at Casa Mirabile, a stunning 17th century noble country home in the heart of Terre Sicane where a day is dedicated to rest and a cooking lesson surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Begin to intake a different side of Sicily from Menfi’s countryside to medieval Erice at sunset, where a fantastic set of colors reflect on the whiteness of the saltpans overlooking Trapani. A day boat excursion to reach Lo Stagnone lagoon and the Mothia-Marsala salt route. And a private guided achrological tour of the Greek temple of Segesta, solemnly placed on a hill at the foot of Mount Barbaro.
