In this class, you will learn professional decorating techniques as well as quick and easy methods to make your cake a work of art. Learn two types of delicious buttercreams (plus a “practice buttercream”) to develop your skills. In the first class, you start with cake prep, crumb crust, and simple decorating techniques: lines, dots, piping leaves & flowers, and writing, before moving on to trims and swags. You’ll even learn some down and dirty tricks of the trade for decorating a cake in just 10 minutes! At the end of the second class, you will leave with a fully decorated cake to share with your friends and family. Please note that this is not a baking class.
