Covering both the ancient and medieval worlds of wine, this course is a complement to our Advanced Regional France and Italy courses.
You will learn:
- Geography and terroir
- Wine production techniques by style and region
- How to use vintage data, by region
- Wine growing and obligation requirements for each Appellation in the regions studied
This course covers the following countries:
- Hungary, Bulgaria and Eastern Europe
You will receive more than 500 pages of material, specifically designed for this course and taste 60 to 70 older vintage wines.
