“Passport to Chefs” - An unforgettable dining experience of fine wine and delectable chef creations. Guests will enjoy a sumptuous gourmet five-course meal paired with fine wines, prepared tableside by one of our premier Orange County chefs. Inspired table designs, cuisine fit for royalty, exquisite wines perfectly paired for each course and five-star “white glove” table service. Begin your evening with a cocktail reception and silent auction featuring exquisite wines and dining opportunities donated by our chefs. Experience the excitement of our live auction, featuring popular travel destinations, dining extravaganzas and a few surprises. Dance the night away at our after-party and meet the Chefs with cigars and craft cocktails created by our honorary chefs. Attire is black tie optional.
Passport to Chefs is a great chance to taste the culinary wizardry from these talented chefs. Several cook at private clubs and each produce amazing food. Over 700 people attend our 2 day charity event each year to taste fine wine and enjoy gourmet food but more importantly to raise the funds for all the children’s charities that we support.
