A cooking class like no other. In this class, our top chef teams up with one of our top sommeliers. Together they craft a seasonal and satisfying menu for the night, with a focus on farm-to-table ingredients.
The class includes a cooking demonstration of each dish, along with a full description of the wine pairings by our sommelier-instructor. You then taste the results for yourself.
At the Wine School, we focus on quality over quantity. Each wine list is curated by a top sommelier-instructor and often features rare bottles from the Director's private cellar. Just as important, the School does not promote or accept funds from national wine brands. This makes our offerings unique, not just in Philadelphia, but throughout the United States.
Along with our unique wine education classes, the Wine School offers a full academic schedule, including a diploma program. We have administered our program for over a decade and have developed courses for major universities. Graduates go on to become winemakers, sommeliers, authors, and industry leaders.
