Cost: Cost may vary, and financial aid is available. Seniors can register at reduced cost.

Wine History: New World and the Modern Era. This course will cover the history of New World Wine regions from first vineyards planted, and explore the events which shaped contemporary Europe through the 1980s, including the interplay between New World and Old. Subjects include: Phylloxera, the birth of European wine law, the impact of WWI & II on the wines of France, the Italian Risorgimento, the Judgement of Paris, and more! This will be a very exciting and relevant course! We will taste a selection of fabulous wines in every class as well!
