Tonight, we’re discovering unexpected combinations of food and wine that are risky and delightful. Break out of the norm—engage your inner wild child and enjoy the ride.
Our four-course meal includes an Arugula salad tossed in Calvados Vinaigrette with Roasted Shishitos and Caramelized Apples as well as Beef Burgundy over Gnocchi and Snap Peas and finishes with a Mango Raspberry Cheesecake. Our wines tonight will include one from 868 Estate, two from France and one from Italy.
