Raclette dinners involve an electric table-top grill with small pans beneath. Meats, potatoes and vegetables are brought to your table and warmed on the grill top, while slices of raclette cheese are placed in the small pans to melt. The melted cheese is then poured over your heated goodies. NOTE, grills accommodate 2-6 people.
Dinner includes: Leelanau Cheese Mild Raclette, a variety of meat such as ham, sausage or salami, potatoes, house-made focaccia bread, fresh and pickled vegetables, and Black Star Farms fruit jam or relish.
Price is $22 per person all inclusive (tax and gratuity). Wine, cider and craft cocktails available for an additional charge.
