Save the date for our first wine dinner of 2018! Join us this January for a 6-course journey through Neyers vineyards in the Sage Canyon. Founded in 1992 by Bruce & Barbara Neyers, Neyers Vineyard sits in the heart of the Napa Valley. Bruce takes inspiration from French techniques who farm organically, make their wines naturally without use of cultured yeast, and bottle their wines without fining or filtration. To accompany each Neyers selection, Executive Chef Kevin Draper will curate Bin 54 flavors to match. Come shake off the post holiday blues with us at 6:30pm on Wednesday, January 10th in the beautiful Bin 54 Solarium.
