Our exciting new wine course "Premium Wines of California" consists of four 2-hour classes and is taught by sommelier and wine educator Svetlana Yanushkevich, proprietor of WineNot Boutique in Nashua. Svetlana's wine classes are known for being both fun and educational. You will love her down to earth style. Learn a little, taste a lot! Classes are held in our new 3000 sq ft wine shop in Nashua. Join us in this class to learn about the best areas of CA to produce elegant wines from Chardonnay, Pinot Noirs and other unique less-known grape varieties. In this class we will learn about the unique terroir of the Russian River Valley, Santa Cruz Mountains, Santa Lucia Highlands and Sta. Rita Hills. Thursday February 8th (6:30-8:30): Powerful Wines of Lodi and Paso Robles

Thursday February 22nd (6:30-8:30): Legendary Napa Valley
The Napa Valley has become the most famous wine region in the United States. This class will be all about Cabernet Sauvignon wines. You will have unique opportunities to learn differences in Cabs from Oakville, Rutherford, Stags Leaps, St-Helena, and Yountville sub-regions. In this class you will taste and learn about more concentrated, powerful and age worthy Cabs from steeper, higher-altitude sites on Mount Veeder, Spring Mountain, and Howell Mountain.
