Join Trentadue Winery under the newly built pergola in Mars Cheese Castle Thursday December 7, 2017 for a special wine and dinner pairing event. Sample a range of these beautifully crafted California wines paired with a special five course dinner. Each wine will be introduced by wine maker Miro Tcholakov and Trentadue’s national and local representatives at each course for full enjoyment of the pairing and appreciation of the flavors and the wine making process.
CHEESE BOARD: A beautiful variety of cheeses including select holiday and limited editions, with white truffle honey

SALAD: Arugula with white asparagus, raspberries and vanilla balsamic
Wine pairing: Trentadue Sauvignon Blanc
SOUP: Baked French Onion with 1655 Gruyere

ENTREE: Beef Wellington with wild mushrooms and fois grois paté

All wines sampled will be available for purchase immediately following the dinner. Mix and match cases will be available for sale. All bottles tasted will be sold in three piece lots to mix into one case.
