Class notes: Oregon’s fertile Wiliamette Valley has been the state’s most densely populated area since the early 19th century – but the fast-foward to 1960s when UC Davis students found the climate perfect for Pinot Noir. Now, that’s something we wouldn’t mind studying. Wiliamette Valley Pinot Noir beat out a bunch of wines from Burgundy, taking a top three spot at the Gault-Millau French Wine Olympiads. This win made the world take note of Oregon and the rest, they say, is history. Additionally, mingle with friends and make new ones, in between drink instruction.
Wine Menu: A curated selection of 5 WV wines, each experienced through our culinary sensory garden (every place setting has their own culinary sensory garden).
Food Menu: Specifically designed pairings for each including charcuterie and cheeses, pitas, dips, hummus, vegetables, a bread and cracker board, and assorted chocolates and dessert treats will be served.
