Four Course Wine Pairing Dinner – December 14th – 7:00pm
Eat, drink and be merry this holiday season. Senti, along with Milko Miladinov of Dievole and Patty Bouvy of Barsotti. Wine, present a selection of wines from Piedmont, Veneto and Bolgheri. Chef Antonio will be serving up house-made agnolotti filled with kabocha squash served with brown butter and fried sage. Other featured courses include grilled lamb chops served with roasted leeks, fennel, carrots, and turnips with an herb vinaigrette all expertly paired with the featured wines. Finish up with the Torta Dell’olio D’oliva con Prugne, Olive oil cake with poached prunes and candied apricot. Each course brings together fresh ingredients that highlight the unique flavors of each wine. Guests can enjoy Senti’s four-course menu at $50.00 per person and the menu accompanied by wine paring at $75.00 per person.
