An Epicurean Journey - Food & Wine Pairing Dinner with Mark's business partner, Ian Fleming. Tonight he shares his personal favourites from around the world, paired to dishes from our Master Chef, inspired by his travels.
Ian has been involved in operating and developing some magnificent properties throughout his career from small intimate Hotels and Inns to grand industry Legends. He has personally looked after many celebrities and heads of state in the UK, USA, West Indies and Croatia . . . . many stories never to be told.
Ian owns the highly acclaimed Lake of Menteith Hotel in Scotland, awarded Small Country Hotel of The Year 2016, second year running, he is co-owner of The Robert Morris Inn with Mark and opened The Washington Inn & Tavern, Somerset House and Rebecca's Ice Cream Parlor & Cafe in Princess Anne, in 2016.
He was one of the UK's first winners of the "30 under 30 Acorn Award", a founding member of The Academy of Wine Service, was a recent recipient of an "Entrepreneur Commendation Award" at The Scottish Hotel Awards and is a full member of the Institute of Hospitality. He serves on the Talbot County Tourism Board and is President of the Oxford Business Association.
