On November 15, Legal Harborside will host a four-plus-course champagne dinner featuring Veuve Clicquot and wine aficionado, Rich Buchanan. Rich Buchanan has been extensively involved in the champagne industry for fifteen years and prides himself on his knowledge and excitement for champagne, along with his role as an education leader for Moet Hennessy.

Beginning centuries ago, the world renowned and extensive Veuve Clicquot collection derives from one of the finest champagne vineyards in the world. Each champagne offers their own unique flavor that reflects excellence and quality. Veuve Clicquot was credited to be the first to produce rosé champagne, using the method of adding red wine during production dating back to 1775.

The menu for the four-plus-course champagne dinner will be presented as follows on Legal Harborside’s scenic second level overlooking the Boston Harbor:
