Groiß Grüner Veltliner Alte Reben 2015 $15.99
From 45 year old vines, the oldest at the winery, this delightful white shows acacia flowers and honey notes on the nose, with flavors of creamy melon and a charming, crisp finish.
A. Diehl Dornfelder Rotwein 2016 1L $14.99
The Diehl Dornfelder in the liter bottle has a dark, intense color with blue reflections. It smells wonderfully aromatic of plum with vanilla notes and a fine nougat tone. In the mouth, the texture is soft, with mild tannins, which form the perfect contrast to the ripe fruit flavors. Followed by a long finish with a lot of dark fruit - a tasty wine for every day with an unbeatable bang for the buck!
Bouchard Bourgogne 2015 $18.99
Clear ruby color, with bright reddish-purple glints against the light. Simple but fresh aromas, a gentle touch of black cherry and a hint of “tomato skin,” that pleasant, tangy character that I often find in subtle-style Pinot Noirs. Mouth-watering and refreshing, simple cherry-berry fruit shaped by snappy acidity that lingers; stony minerality and a pleasant whiff of freshly ground black pepper when you swish the wine in your mouth. A simple wine, not to be mistaken for a high-end Burgundy, but it shows decent Bourgogne Pinot character at an introductory level for a fair price.
Casanova di Neri Rosso 2015 $20.99
Rosso di Montalcino comes from our vineyards south of Montalcino in which the particular soil, microclimate together with the utmost care taken in the vineyard combine to produce unique Sangiovese grapes. A wine with character and personality with the stamp of Casanova di Neri that we like to call a "young Brunello". It can either be drunk as soon as it is out or if it is kept a few years it can be very pleasant.
