Chamon Horseradish Spread

Our top-selling Chamon spread.  A blend of cream cheese and horseradish.  Wonderful on thick crackers.

Taft Street  Chardonnay, Rich White, Russian River, Sonoma, CA, “Nice butter with a delightfully creamy combination of soft lime and citrus flavors. The result is a bright, fruit-forward wine with hints of toasted almond in the very long finish.”

Herbed Almonds

Fastachi almonds are toasted with Ariston’s Herbes de Provence oil

The Flower and the Bee, Souson, Smooth Red, Ribeiro, Spain, Y, A juicy bouquet of sweet blackberries, a touch of tree bark, gentle notes of pepper, coffee grounds and dark soil tones. Deep, full-bodied and rock solid, w. moderate tannins, bright acids and long on the vibrant finish.

Aged Mahon

From the island of Menorca Spain, this bold and flavorful cheese is one of the rate cow’s milk cheeses from Spain.

Armando, La Posta, Bonarda, Smooth Red, Mendoza, Argentina, Bright aromas of fresh red & black raspberries and subtle smoky oak notes. The flavor of freshly-crushed raspberries is echoed on the palate, along with notes of leather, dark chocolate, and a touch sandalwood; rich & hedonistic

L’Epicurien Dried Tomatoes and Basil Spread

Bonarda loves basil and tomatoes and we love this spread.

Benito Santos, Mencia, Bold Red, Monterrei, Galicia, Spain, Y, Bright and energetic on the nose, displaying fresh, mineral-tinged cherry and black raspberry flavors. Shows a deft blend of power and finesse and finishes with firm tannic grip

Garrotxa

We think of this cheese as a “goat parm”.  Flaky with the tart assertiveness one expects from Parm.  Fun!

Crater Tenerife Red, Negramoll, Listan Negro, Smooth Red, Tenerife, Canary Is., Spain, Y, "Big nose with a lot of character; lead, tar, herbal components w olive tapenade, encompassed by a round fruit driven character. Meaty & tart on the palate where the spice coincides perfectly w the fruit into a symmetrical finish"

Palacios Chorizo

A firm chorizo that is ready to slice and plate.  Choose either regular or spicy. From Spain of course.

Chambers Rosewood Vineyards, MuscatDessert, Rutherglen, Victoria, Australia, Displaying fresh raisin aromas, rich fruit, clean spirit and great length of flavor on the palate

Fran’s Caramel Sauce

A rich, sweet, but not too sticky caramel sauce from the famous Fran’s of Seattle.  If you haven’t tried her chocolate caramels with sea salt, you’re missing out!
