Our first three Pizza Clinics have been so much fun and the feedback has been fantastic, so we’ve planned another opportunity for you to enjoy this tasty and educational evening at the new PARM, where a maximum of 20 people will become Pizza experts under the guiding hand of Chef Barrie Flett.
We start with a welcome drink followed by a selection of PARM’s delicious appetizers with wine, then learn what makes a superior crust and toppings for your pizza, looking at the dough, the quality of ingredients, San Marzano tomatoes and more. And then we’ll make our own pizzas with sauce and toppings, and cook them in the B.C. applewood burning forno at 1,000º F for just a few minutes before enjoying our work along with salads and more wine, all followed by dessert and our final wine!
