Like the Rieslings from last week these wines have great acid balance, which again reduces the impact of the sugar. The best part of dessert wines however is that they keep for months and thus are perfect for those times when you finish a bottle of wine, want more, but do not want to open another bottle. Just an once will satisfy. Chef Jan will cook up a selection of both sweet and savory heavy appetizers to complement these treats.
