Dry and off dry Rieslings are particularly well suited to complementing food. We will sample Riesling with carefully crafted balance between acidity and sugar, so that neither overwhelms the other, but they harmonize perfectly to complement foods with bold flavors. Yes, to many these will appear to be sweet, but they generally contain less sugar than sweetened soft drinks.
