The artisan cheese makers of California are setting the pace in the United States for incredible quality and selection, and their cheeses positively shine when coupled with Napa Valley wines. In this class, we will evaluate each cheese for flavor and texture, and experiment with dynamic and complementary pairings so that you’re prepared to dazzle your guests with all you’ve learned.
