Executive Chef, Samantha Buyskes is sharing her kitchen with Corey Matthews for a one of a kind event on Linden Street!
Corey Matthews grew up in New Orleans and his culinary background spans the American deep South from seafood to soulfood. Corey has spent the past ten years in the Finger Lakes working as a butcher, a cheesemaker, and at some of the best restaurants and wineries in the Finger Lakes. For the past five years Corey Matthews has used his eclectic mix of talents working as a food purveyor for a local natural foods producer, and is proud to offer his skills for a wonderful night at H.J. Stead Co.
A five course menu is being created using different cuts of a whole pig. Menu still in the making. Each course will be paired with a War Horse Brewing Co. beer or Red Apple Bombshell hard cider. Exclusive beers and ciders have been made just for this meal. Choose from two nights, Tuesday November 14th or Wednesday November 15th, same menu both nights.
