Aligra Wine & Spirits & Solstice Seasonal Cuisine welcome Wine Maker Jean Francois Hebrard of Quinta Quietud Winery for an evening of seasonal Food and Delicious Organic Wines.
Quinta de la Quietud is located just south of the town of Toro in Spain, lost among its vineyards, and in a quiet and protected environment. JF Hébrard, a french winemaker, leads the vines in organic viticulture, treating them with herbal and mineral preparations. Half of the surface is made up of old vines of the local varietal Tinto de Toro, some over 80 years old, whose production is self-regulating.
Solstice Seasonal Cuisine believes that utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients is the key to experiencing exceptional, well crafted food at its finest. With a vast selection of outstanding local and regional producers to source from, Solstice’s Menu will change throughout the year to allow a diverse selection of items that reflect the earth’s seasons and their impact on what is available to eat.
