6th Annual Wild Truffle Wine Dinner - Discover the exotic aroma and flavor of the wild truffle, direct from Italy!
Join two phenomenal chefs, Paul Mattison and Christopher Covelli. Chef Paul is a Sarasota favorite and Chef Chris is legendary with Italian cuisine and is just returning from the Toscana Saporita Cooking School and will discuss hunting the wild truffles, truffle dogs, and the stories surrounding the wildly expensive “mushroom-like aphrodisiacs” treasured by gourmets.
