Stupak and his team embrace experimentation: They relish thinking through and toiling over dishes that excite them and will appeal to adventuresome foodies. The $95 event prepayment includes the tasting menu, tax, tip, and administrative fee; alcohol / beverages / coffee / tea are not included.
