Sardinia is said to be one of the most ancient lands of Europe, as well as a stop on the trade route from the south to Great Britain. We hope to bring you a local food journey of these two areas. Piedmont known for its exquisite beef, white truffles and rich pasta, while Sardinia boasts rich cheeses and seafoods with saffron flavors.
