Dassai: At Japan’s top premium brewery Asahi Shuzo (Dassai), they brew sake for sipping. They do not brew sake to get people drunk, or to make money, and brew in their own unique way as a leader of the industry. Asahi Shuzo now aims to create the highest quality sake for their customers to enjoy, and only brew in small batches.
Kikusui: Good Sake. How would you define it? Kikusui Sake believes the answer is not only in the Sake itself, but in everything that surrounds it. Sake is fun, it relaxes you, conversations become animated and it helps create an enjoyable atmosphere. When paired with food Sake can draw out the hidden flavors in a meal, and by suggesting serving temperatures and fun cocktail ideas we believe people can have a more enjoyable experience with Sake.
Amabuki: The Amabuki Brewery is located in Saga Prefecture and is dedicated to providing the best sakes possible made in a unique way. They dedicate themselves to making sake only with yeast cultivated off the most beautiful flowers, and their rice is grown using both modern and time-honored methods in pesticide-free paddies. This gives their sake a unique taste in the vast world of sakes. Try Amabuki Sake and see for yourself!
