Join us on Saturday, November 11, from 10:30am to 2:30pm for a fun-filled afternoon on the “wild” side! Explore the hills of Saracina Ranch with Owner John Fetzer in a hands-on class in the art and science of foraging for those sought-after fungi. The field trip will be followed by a four-course gourmet luncheon at our party barn featuring Saracina wines specially selected to pair with wild mushroom fare.
“Mushroom Man” Eric Schramm of Mendocino Mushroom Company will share his expertise on fall fungi and discuss the history and use of wild mushrooms. He has many great stories to share!
