Start with champagne for the reception at 6:30 and then Sauvignon Blanc served iwth Pan Seared Scallops with field greens, truffle vinaigrette and candied walnuts when you sit at 7 pm for dinner. 2nd course you can compare thier 2012 Righ and Left Bank Red Blands with Herb Crusted Lamb chops and Kona Rubbed Sliced Filet Mignon served with creamy goat cheese grits with cabernet demi-glace. 3rd Course you will have Butcher Cut Prime New York Strip with blackberry glaze, truffle parsley mashed potatoes, crispy brussels sprouts with 2012 Webster Reserve Red. 4th Course Artican cheese plate with homemade wihte and dark chocolate truffles.
