Dinner begins with a Caprese Chopped Salad with Romaine, Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Fresh Basil, and Balsamic Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge 2013 American La Crescent. Chef Frank will then prepare your pasta to order. In honor of National Linguine Day, choose Linguine Arrabbiata paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa In the Dark, or choose Butternut Squash Ravioli paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Candleglow® White. For dessert, enjoy a Tassel Ridge Mudslide made with Tassel Ridge Chocolate Granfinalé™.
