Have you ever wanted to learn the method and madness behind the life of a Chef? Our Chef's Table Series at Lambert Bridge Winery is an indepth look at the culinary talent that has put Sonoma County on the map. Every month we bring in a local chef to create a multi course food and wine pairing featuring the local, seasonal poduce that is grown in the fields and valleys surounding the winery. You will have the opportunity to interact with the chef as they present this beautiful meal while telling their story. This offers a great opportuinty to also experience Lambert Bridge wines paired and enjoyed over a meal with new friends.
This month we are featuring chef / farmer Jack Herron of Eatit Makeit Growit located in Santa Rosa. After spending years work at Charlie Palmer's Dry Creek Kitchen in Healdsburg, Jack wanted to "go back to the land" focusing on raising hertiage animals and growing heirloom crops. This will be a true farm to table experience not to be missed.
There will be 2 seatings a day at 11am and 3pm on September 15th, 16th and 17th. Each seating is limited to a maximum of 10 guests.
