Food     Wine

Wine and food are meant for each other, and in this interactive course, you'll discover why some combinations are magical and others... not so much. You will learn how to identify, evaluate, and make the most of the unique tastes, flavors, textures, and aromas of a variety of wines and food. Ever wonder if variables such as cooking methods, sauces, and garnishes might inspire you to switch it up from the usual red wine with meat? We'll combine flights of several different styles of wine from all over the world and in every price range with dozens of flavor experiences, starting with the basics and working our way up to sauces, cheeses, and sweets in this delicious, enlightening and memorable dining workshop.
