Join Lambert Bridge Winery for the September installment of its 2017 Chef’s Table Series, an intimate food and wine pairing experience presented by a rotating schedule of top Sonoma County chefs. Each chef will offer their own interpretation of seasonally-inspired cuisine using locally-grown ingredients to complement a selection of Lambert Bridge wines.
The chef who will be cooking for September is Chef Jack Herron, Executive Chef and Owner of Eat it, Make it, Grow it at Hidden Pond Farm. Originally from Oklahoma, Chef Herron is focused on the basics of “going back to the land.” Chef Herron will be cooking September 15 - 17.
Held in the winery’s private cellar and hosted by a Lambert Bridge wine educator, the Chef’s Table food and wine experience offers two seatings at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and takes approximately 2 hours.
