What exactly is Burgundy? A color, a place or a wine? The answer is all of the above and more! Burgundy (or "Bourgogne" in French) is a region of France that produces some of the most prized wines in the world - both red and white. The Burgers and Burgundy class will explore a variety of Burgundian style wines...especially those that won't break the bank.

In the process, you will learn basic wine tasting skills and how to describe the different personalities of these wines. Burgers will be served during class to introduce some of the fundamentals of pairing wine and food.
