Italy and its wines are often superficially and inaccurately taught, due to its huge complexity, incredible variety and unique peculiarities. Difficult to truly grasp, this complex scenario stems from its intricate and vast cultural background, heritage & history.
This course is open to anyone that wants to learn and become proficient on Italian wines learning from Italian certified soomeliers and instructors, at the end of the 4 days course (2 week-ends, Boston course are 3/10-3/11 and 3/24-3/25) there will be an exam on a separate date for all those interested in attaining a certificate of Italian wine specialist.

It has been extracted and adapted to the American scene from the Sommelier course that takes place in Italy.
